just got a new computer

Could be a speccy bug, i refuse to believe this fatso has slower RAM than my 10th gen i3 shittop (2666)
The ram and mobo are where the pc building companies like to cheap out so he should feel grateful he even got dual channel memory.

geg i remember looking at business PCs and Dell were charging like $100 extra for the same amount of RAM in dual channel

That's why it's simpler to just build your own PCs. It's easy to do now and even grandmas can do it and it's not like the 2000s anymore
Its just adult legos and the only complicated parts like hooking up the front panel are all in your motherboard manual, not to mention all of the buying and building guides online and resources like pcpartpicker.com its just too easy. I can't recommend anyone get a console for gaming anymore you should just build a PC.

It's easier than assembling an IKEA couch or bed
I have a desk and it was more work to put together than the PC that goes on it, the only thing with PC building that could be an issue is that you're going to cut your hand on the CPU finstack because the computer always demands a blood sacrifice.

It's easier than assembling an IKEA couch or bed
If a person with zero knowledge of both IKEA furniture assembly and PC bulding had to build both I think IKEA would be easier. The instructions are easier, everything is neatly labeled so even the biggest retard can do it. If you assemble it it is assembled- as opposed to building a PC and there being a chance of some random issue occuring.

The hardest part about building a pc is keeping your composure since you're dealing with very expensive and delicate parts. Static electric could fry a component and you would have to get a new one, so you always have to ground yourself by touching the wall or being barefooted
Have you actually heard of this stuff happening? I work with electronics a lot, I never ground myself and I am yet to encounter a device destroyed by static electricity.

I'd say both are equally as difficult as one another, Ikea you can break parts, have missing parts, and a computer you can implode by wearing socks on a carpet while building
