I browse with 4get, download my YouTube videos locally through a VPN and I get mail with Proton. I only use Gmail for this account, and this account only and I've turned off all of the tracking nogsense in Google Settings.

I use DuckDuckGo for my search engine, use Proton/Gmail for throwaway accounts, and OpenVPN/Orbot for my VPN.
