Aren’t the aesthetics of early 2000s internet and the PS1 mutually contradicting? One can’t run the other, plus the graphics of pc games at this time surpassed the PS1 while also attempting to be cutting edge, rather than staying in one place. Half-Life had to be ported to the PS2 for example.
