Raised in a smoker's environment, it was inevitable. My grandparents have been smoking for more than 30 years now, so the urge to smoke was there from the beginning. I'll try to find some methods that can help me quit. (No I'm not vaping that's for faggots)

nicotine pouches
they're called zyns here in America and they're meant to help with smoking but most people just do it anyway even if they didnt have an addiction prior
I'm sure they sell some in Brazil, probably under a different name doe

Unrelated, but I think I'm going to throw my Escilatopram (Lexapro) in the trash. I haven't noticed any long-term benefits from it. I don't know if I'm going to suffer withdrawal but why should I take a medication that does nothing for me?

SSRIs are garbage, i used to be on Lexapro during my freshman or sophomore year of high school and it never really helped. People don't understand that they basically work by numbing your emotions a bit instead of making you happy.

You got off the pills days ago, and now you're on methamphetamine. I feel like you're going in circles here.

I'll bring this up with my grandfather, thanks. I've been forced to do therapy for the past year as well which is something I find extremely useless considering I'm a man and most therapists are wywamen that don't know anything about autistic interests

It's really just a way to feel better while I'm still on the antipsychotics, kinda hard to explain but the legal meth cancels out the effects of the lobotomizing zog stuff for a bit. Once i am tapered off risperidone and the abilify (will take a few weeks) i will re-evaluate things and consider just leaving the addy for emergencies when i feel extra retarded every few months

The pharmaceutical companies ironically hate autistic people even more than you do, considering how they think high-caliber antipsychotics are suitable to treat a neurological disorder
Damn you Israel
