Serious Is this alcoholism?

Is drinking alcohol at least once a week alcoholism? My friends implied it once but i didnt take into account. Im pretty certain that if i quit drinking i will lose lots of weight which would be good, but i feel uneasy about the thought of quitting. Is this normal? Should I just work out more?
 
I wouldn't say once a week is bad, but being uneasy about quitting could progress into something if you aren't careful maybe. As long as you keep some time between like you are currently doing it's fine

i must recreate a timeline on all the days i have drank at least to the point of being tipsy

im not sure about the 12-13th of february i dont remember and the 7th of february and 27th of january

truth and i already have a genetic liver disorder…
Maybe i should quit but i am hesitant, if i do doe i will track my progress here and i am like 70% sure i will lose like almost all extra weight because i generally eat little and pretty healthily but then i have 3 beer in one go…hmmm
 
Usually i beer it up on the weekend
But sometimes i just don't feel it
Of you feel you need it every weeoend mabye consider
 
sometimes i spread 3 beers throughout 3 days to last me longer and so i dont go batshit
like i was planning to buy beer tomorrow again and drink it before gym class in the late evening and then i would have something for the next 2 days afterward and then 1-2 days rest and repeat on the weekends
