I feel like dirt, my anti-depression medicine isn't working.
you fellers got any ideas?

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. First — thank you for saying it. That takes strength, even if it doesn't feel like it right now. You're not alone, and there is a way forward, even if it's hard to see from where you're standing.
Here are some grounded, honest steps you can take — no fake optimism, just real support:

🧩 1. Name It Without Shame

You’ve already done the hardest part: saying “I’m depressed.” That’s not weakness — it’s awareness. Depression lies and tells you nothing matters. But identifying it is the first, real act of resistance.

📞 2. Talk to Someone You Trust

Don’t carry this alone. Whether it’s a friend, a family member, or someone online, talking about it helps unburden your mind. You don’t need perfect words. Even just:

🧠 3. Get Professional Help (Even if You’re Unsure)

Therapists, counselors, or even your general doctor can help start the process. If therapy feels intimidating or expensive, many places offer low-cost or free resources — I can help you look for some in your area if you want.

⚙️ 4. Tiny Habits, Not Big Fixes

When you’re depressed, even showering or eating feels like climbing a mountain. Focus on one tiny thing:
  • Drink a glass of water.
  • Stand in sunlight for 5 minutes.
  • Write a thought down.
You’re not lazy or broken. You’re tired. Start small.

⏳ 5. Give Yourself Time

You don’t need to “snap out of it.” Healing isn’t linear, and it’s not about pretending to be okay — it’s about surviving each day and slowly building toward something better. And you can.

⚠️ If You're Thinking About Not Existing

If your thoughts are getting really dark, like thinking life’s not worth it — that’s not something to carry alone. Those thoughts aren’t the truth, they’re symptoms.
You deserve help and safety, not silence.
If it ever gets that serious:

You Matter. You Really Do

Even if your brain says no one cares, or nothing will change — those are lies depression tells. You're not weak. You’re someone in pain, trying to survive. And you don’t have to do it all on your own.
If you want, I’m here to talk more. You can vent, ask questions, or just exist. No pressure.

Meds are a crutch but you still gotta do some efforts to walk o algo. Im guessing the soyjak is a self insert so like try eating less unhealty food (works better than eating more healty). If you get the evil kys feeling you need to remember that it's brain chemical bullshit that goes away. Find a IRL hobby and do it even if you feel like you want to rot in bed, if this happens you need to drink coffee until you are motivated. Dont start using any new psychoactive substance and try limiting current consumption (execpt for coffee, nicotine and meds ofc). Go out as much as possible no matter how shitty it makes you feel because it will make socialisation easier and give you a better tolerance to feeling like shit in public (also if you lack self confidence seeing how ugly and stupid normal people are should make you feel normal/better). If all else fails, go to a pharmacy and buy DXM pills/syrup, this is a last resort i dont recommend using but it does temporarely end depression for a day or two, still remember if you take them more than once per two weeks it WILL make ur life into a living hell more than you can even imagine.

Welcome to the club little runt, hopefully you manage to grow some balls out of this and mature for good
Also the more you say you have depression the least people will care
I know I know
>hopefully you manage to grow some balls out of this and mature for good
sounds difficult.
Take daily walks, dont enter any buildings, preferably a park or forest area 15-20 minutes. Does wonders
can't, my legs suck, they numb after awhile.
So I just wanted to give you the chance to kill yourself, now.
