I'm not entirely sure since I rarely see him with his shirt off, and I don't remember ever getting a good look at it. But it's just a sleeve from around his wrist to his chest. Pic related (Obviously it's not that specific design doe.). I don't think I'd ever get a tattoo but if I had to it's probably the only thing that would hold any meaning to me, and that I wouldn't want removed.
