I used jewish matzah as pizza baseplate

I used jewish matzah as a pizza baseplate, i put hot ketchup, sausages (out of PORK), cheese and oregano on it
I tried Jewish matzah because one of my friends bought some (no he's not Jewish) and it tasted bad. Like slabs of clay. The Jews are eating like they're still spending 40 years in the desert. But I ended up eating it anyways, because while it certainly didn't taste good it did not taste offensively bad. It was just extremely dry and bland.

He was like "you should try it with some hummus" and I don't really like that either. Middle Eastern food is, in my opinion, one of the worse cuisines, and I don't know why some people really like it. It has a sort of ruggedness to it, a roughness, constantly, but in America it also often devolves into slop-food (ex: "Chopped Cheese") and is just a bunch of greasy overdone red meat covered in a superfluous layer of ominous "white sauce" (garlic or yogurt or something) and stuffed into a subpar wrap. Jewish food is at its best when it is of Northern European origin.
