Tuna is actually the best meat, its very hard to get because its pricey (it can't be farmed only wild caught) but I like it with a sear on the outside and the inside's mostly still raw and ooh that's some fine food. It manages to have that fishy taste and feel but its got a tinge of sweet and its one of a kind flavor is just legendary.

Salmon is amazing, especially smoked salmon. Tuna is also great, especially on pasta.
