CONCLUSIONS
Raw milk failed to reduce lactose malabsorption or lactose intolerance symptoms compared with pasteurized milk among adults positive for lactose malabsorption. These results do not support widespread anecdotal claims that raw milk reduces the symptoms of lactose intolerance.

Wuh woh! Turns out raw milk contains just as much lactose as pasteurized milk, and furthermore there is no evidence that it reduces the symptoms of lactose intolerance.
Raw milk is not something anyone should be drinking who is lactose intolerant. And I doubt it is any better for you than pasteurized milk for those who are lactase persistent. Just accept that your ancestors were The Raped if you can't digest lactose, and stay away from my milk supply.
