As a NEET, jobs aren't inherently good or bad. It's how you approach them. Wagies and NEETs can be happy or depressed depending on how they spend their time and their perspective. As your job isn't soul-crushing, it's a net benefit to be working, earning money and spending time out of the house.
My advice is for the next job, look for something that pays better, aligns with your interests, or improves a skill you want to learn. E.g. my brother works at a rock climbing gym and gets paid to be in shape.
