I'm talking about DNA ancestry. When I did mine 15% of my DNA linked back to Sephardic Jews (mediterranean Jews, mostly from Portugal and Spain)

Sure, but that's just Eastern Europe. There are a lot of places in the world where you can distinguish Jews from the normal population, I see this a lot in my country (oddly enough Jews don't like racemixing here... I wonder why...)
