Schizo how long does it take you to fall asleep

i just spent 45 minutes and it didn't work, the thought of falling asleep is keeping me up and until i randomly forget about it i probably wont actually be able to fall asleep
takes me around 30 minutes on most nights though

Usually it'll take me ten minutes on a night where I can't quiet my thoughts, albeit it did take me quite a while longer last night because I was thinking too much about school and all that's involved with it, since it starts again tomorrow and I had Thanksgiving break this week. I may've been in bed for around twenty minutes before my mind went to dreaming after that big rush of thoughts. However, on a normal night, it'll be around five to seven minutes.

Yeah i take that back now, i guess im just gonna have to stay awake a bit and drain my energy reserves
This is what i get for being a lazy ass and waking up at 11 AM today. No matter what I do I still feel like shit after 6-7 PM, but this time I can't sleep.

See now you're just lying, nobody takes 5 hours to fall asleep. If you're going to bed at 4 you just didn't sleep that night.

2 hours usually of just laying there. Then i wake up like 3 hours later and can't sleep.
Should probably try and fix this before it kills me or whatever

I'm just not tired by bedtime so instead of tossing and turning for 5 hours I play payday 2 or something.
