Serious How far should the post cooldown be reduced?

Currently, the post cooldown is 30 seconds, which is too much in my opinion, so how far do you think it should be reduced?

Removing the cooldown is a dangerous choice in my opinion, but it would also make the site a lot more fun to use in some aspects.
I'm an advocate for reducing the cooldown, i'm just unsure how much it should be reduced by.
