How autistic are you? Are you the nonverbal, obsessive about snca, or the awkward type?

I was diagnosed with 'spergers at around age 6, so I'm more on the high-functioning end. I would say I'm a mix between "obsessive about snca" and "awkward type".

It's best to be obsessed over something that'll get you money. As for the awkward problem, try to step outside of your comfort zone. It doesn't have to be a big leap. It just has to be a step towards conquering your awkwardness.

Too late for that; I'm obsessed over scleractinian taxonomy and don't see how that will ever make me money. I'm going into computer engineering as my major; I hope to in the future start a dive camera or reef tank equipment company

Whenever I try to make friends with people, the friendships either don't last or they all think I'm weird because I act out for attention.
