how do i ensure that i can stay up the whole day

its currently 4:30 AM and i want to fix my fucked up sleep schedule by staying awake all of today and falling asleep at a good time, only issue is literally every single time ive done this i fail

hey FJ, as an autist (why you rbinging this up soygy) i struggled with this alot and there is one thing I can recommend, you have to drink coffee and stay stimulated for a long period of time, and then when you're done with your day, you can get home and go to sleep when you're supposed to. another good tip is actually just to not do that, sleep late, wake up at the time you need to get up at, go to school or whatever really tired and then that'll do the same thing but without the pain, use an alarm clock, etc. alarm clocks work, but if you find yourself swiping "FUCK OFF" and going back to bed, just make more and more alarms so you have to keep swiping "FUCK OFF" every 10 seconds or so geg. Worked for me atleast.

Also set your alarm clock to a soothing piece of music that makes you happy, my alarm is One Beer by MF DOOM, however, be careful because setting it as your alarm may make your reaction to it different, because everytime I hear one beer by mf doom, I get scared like I'm in a sense of emergency or something.
 
I think I stayed up for around three days once, that was my maximum. I start seeing weird images every time I close my eyes when I'm very sleepy. Faces of people I never even met before, animal-like creatures that don't actually exist. Creepy shit.
I’ve had this happen, too. Usually it’s faint, blurry portraits of old people that I see, for some reason. Like, this type of photo (I don’t know who this guy is, I just found him off of Google)

sometimes when im very tired i starting dozing off and becoming esl mode and i see and say things that aren't really there
like how im gurently in a sumborine onder ta woater

ive been doing fine currently ive been drinking tea that has caffeine and splashed my face with cold water a few times geg
