How do I contact admins to get unbanned from the wiki?

I was wrongly permabanned from the wiki over a year ago by angeleno for "being a part of a cord or telegram" (completely unfounded and retarded). The ban was for writing the article attatched. I just wrote it because I had recently discovered incredible gassy and thought it was funny. Obviously this ban is unwarranted and its a shame because I had contributed a lot to the wiki before catching the ban. Angeleno is also not in charge anymore so I don't see the point in preserving his mistake
