I actually have done a lot of research into where Nazis, Italian fascists, and many other axis collaborators went to flee to after ww2 and were provided with refuge and I am even reading a book as of now named ā€œNazis on the Nileā€ about how German Officials both during and after ww2 supported the Arab states and how there connections allowed them to escape to places such as Egypt and Syria and even find employment under the Nasser regime; Alit of Nazis after Ww2 went to Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Uruguay, Egypt, And Syria mostly due to connections and alliances with the states countries and axis powers such as the fascist dictatorships of Francoā€™s Spain, Salazarā€™s Portugal, and Peronā€™s Argentina which these regimes supported the axis powers in ww2 aswell as them being supported by the axis powers in the Spanish Civil war, The Nazis connections and alliances with the Arab and Muslim world also lead a lot of Nazis to escape to Egypt and Syria and even find employment for the Nasser regime.

A lot of Nazis also made it to Spain and Portugal and found refuge and employment by the Franco and Salazar regime who had actively saved and recruited them same goes with peron in argentina also the USSR in operation Osoaviakhim and Egypt and Nasserā€˜s UAR actively recruiting former German officials
