Not only will I unban over 90% of the banned users, but I will also make the ban list public again and reopen @Xiuhcoyotl's "Ban megathread". I will also reopen almost all other locked threads and make /incel/ public again

That's not what I meant. You will still be able to choose not to have a public profile. However, you won't need an account to view public profiles anymore, so public profiles will be able to be archived.
