Skill issue. I can encircle the AI's infantry with only manual orders and no frontlines

I used two german light tank volunteers to encircle literally all of republican spain. just went around the whole country and Franco's AI followed me and reinforced my path. Even when he's not even real, He's goated.

ai is too easy they just stand there as they get encircled, they dont even try.
