family friend who was younger than me was getting really mad at me for i don't remember what and he lunged at me like a retard
this kid was like 3/4ths my size so i quickly got him into a chokehold and started suffocating him
i let go of him because his brother kept screaming at me to let him go so i did
this was within the confines of my house by the way so it doesnt count or something
i think it falls more under battery but oh well
