Oh my fucking god how many times do I have to tell you this isn't schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is genetic, and there's much more to it than just hearing voices. They are paranoid, depressed and have delusions that they're being stalked or other stuff like that. This is NOT the same as tulpas. You can't give yourself a genetic disease.
