Well then he would be hating himself, I think from that point onward I would distance myself from him because I would imagine he would hate me, but at the same time perhaps not because that just signals that he's extremely mentally unwell and needs help.

What if he eventually got Down's syndrome, autism, OCD, anxiety, depression, etc from some sort of external force that caused those disorders to suddenly form later in life and killed somebody over being a cishet Nazi boomer oppressing all the browns and MAPs? And I mean those disorders aren't from birth and that he didn't display the symptoms of them before.
