We already had something like this (urgentcord 1) but it got nvked by janjans for being a sekret club

MVP no longer exists, it was deleted along with all its permissions. Anyone can access and use this board but derailment and shit quality threads will get moved to /dump/ and a forum ban if it keeps happening

This is different because it isn't exclusive to the userbase unless they get banned from it. It was originally planned to be in that sort of fashion, of "approved posters only", but it's been changed, from what I've read.
