honestly yeah, you can't really stop people from talking about their interests in things. people often remark about how the sharty used to just be a place to post soyjaks and stuff but now its very much like an alternate 4chan for zoomers who are fed up with porn, albeit nate existed for quite a while, didn't it? but even then, efforts at banning a lot of stuff were fruitless and people kind of naturally just end up talking about random shit they like regardless of how they got there because they still need a home i guess, they need a platform to talk on.

as for me, literally anything is better than discord and i thank the schlog for easing me into forum culture which is cool as hell, its also quite smaller which i find to be better than some place like kiwifarms or other obscure forum sites. we need to move away from people using cord for everything, its quite disgusting and i like having a platform to express my political views and my world viewpoint freely without getting censored, banned or ostracized.

the tristan orth stuff is awesome and i'd love to partake in raids if not for twitterfaggots removing us of our ability to do so.
i believe the schlog and the sharty exists because you can't just cram everyone into one space on the internet and expect everyone to get along, those spaces have it in their best interest to ban people and force them out of communities where they would otherwise belong purely over political differences and arguments about blacklisting talking about bugs because "bugs upset my feelings and invalidate my trauma" o algo

"everyone deserves a platform" is wrong, because everyone is destined to create a platform, having a "platform" is a human right and everyone has the power to create communities and tribes and groups and stuff. i believe the sharty and the schlog might be on a new frontier of the internet, similar to the old 4chan days, a new group arises from it's ashes, so if you want to go really deep, i'm essentially, an immigrant from society itself, discord, twitter, reddit, mainstream media in general and 4chan. i was treated harshly by society due to autism so i found my calling on the internet but got pushed out due to political differences and i really did try reasoning with tranny niggas and cord niggas over the years but i have never felt so much at peace on the internet than i do now on somewhere like the sharty where it's extremely hard to go wrong, whereas on cord you're always walking on thin ice, albeit, we had secret circles where we could say the n word and shit but if we got caught it was game over and a lot of infighting happened and... yeah, not nice.

ultimately, globalization is bad, you cant and shouldnt push everyone towards 1 place, everyone needs their own community and if they can't find it they'll create it, you cannot forbid people from creating a new platform even though so many leftists say that people like us can't have a platform, and i am not a nazi, not even that much of a racist, i just like making edgy jokes, saying nigger, sperging out over literal troongoyslop and playing and making vidya. is there really something so wrong with that, or being in a group of people that leans right, that people have to make us out to be evil nazis or some shit even though we're powerless and can't harm society in any way, etc.

however
twitter will always be a mystery to me, i have used it a few times and never quite figured out how to really, well, use it. you get on there, make a few profile posts and then nothing happens, the app shows you shit you don't care about and well, yeah, its like one big forum except nobody knows eachother, quite sad really. i used it one time because i thought elon was going to make twitter cool with free speech and whatever but it just never really appealed to me because i dont know how to use it or how to get people to talk to you or how to even really do anything on it

reddit was good for answering questions and getting answers for questions but now chatgpt can do that for me and i dont have to talk to a single person. hurray.

discord was okay, it's fundamentally an okay idea. good platform, shit management, shit philosophy, added bloatware over the years and lost vision of what it was even supposed to be, it used to be a platform for gamers and now it's this weird platform for everyone with a weird cosmetic store and it now has viewbots and spyware and a god awful terms of service and a shitty privacy policy just why even at that point.

snapchat, instagram and anything else is what the school kids used and i dont talk to them, so i never used them.

4chan, well, good concept, too much millenials, too much old people, too much porn, enough said really.

You are not overthinking anything, this place was my calling to, on Discord i often got banned from many places, i don't deserve to be there anymore.

it's shit. it's an app that is designed to make you enraged. it needs that to be able to keep running. there's a lot of unnecessary drama. racial tensions over the stupidest of shit. there was some niggers trying to appropriate fucking lowriders ev&oe chicanoBVLLS created it and niggers like to steal shit. porn accs running rampant. overall, it's just not a good place in general.
