in Tunisia when houses look like this theyre almost always under construction. they're coated with concrete or plaster when the foundation is finished
they are quite an eyesore compared to regular neighborhoods

yes but only if its a soviet-era house built in a rural siberian village
some rural african chinese and brazilian houses look nice too but only if you get away from the main cities that look like you detonated a slopjak-themed warhead on them...
