20 lbs would definitely fix a lot of things. For you, it seems that your healthy weight is lower than the average BMI for your height, so 145 is definitely an alright weight. It goes both ways too, at 200 lbs I look very trim despite the average BMI being around 15-20 lbs lower.
It's called being a pretty boy and I guess some women are into it but it's not something you should aspire to be if you can avoid it. It's kinda a last resort
