I have to use my laptop webcam for meetings, outside of that it's closed. I don't have a webcam for my PC. You'd have to re-tape it several times a day, if you tried to tape your phone.

Unless you're retarded no non-government 3rd party will breach your device, and if by some miracle someone has some 0 day, they have more interesting targets than you.

Apple says it's le bad to tape your webcam up because it'll damage the screen or something and I'm a good goy who always does what he's told so I don't tape up my webcam

(in all seriousness I'm pretty sure the camera light is hardwired to the webcam so it doesn't matter anyway)

Both. I also use ((((Developer Mode)))) to block the microphone, but I don't believe that it actually does anything.

I was listening to music the other day, and when I went to pause it, I saw that little green dot in the corner that Androids display when the camera or microphone is being accessed. Of course, the moment I picked my phone up, it quickly went away, almost as if I had caught someone in their blatant act of spying.

If feds are watching me, there's a good chance they could be watching you too.
