Your eyes are supposed to get used to it.My monitor has a blue light filter settings and I just set it to max, but honestly I notice very little difference besides slightly more orange colors.

Isnt this obvious thoughSource: 2021 study in Sleep Journal: found that reducing screen time and bright light exposure before sleep was more effective than just filtering blue light in improving sleep quality
Like, do you wake up with an alarm or do you just wake up naturally?Maybe it's just the fact I'm a vyvanse-fueled monster but I have no problems with going to bed at 12 AM and waking up at 6:30 AM
But is the study peer reviewed and fact checked by snopes?Source: 2021 study in Sleep Journal: found that reducing screen time and bright light exposure before sleep was more effective than just filtering blue light in improving sleep quality
I wake up 15 minutes before my alarm clock goes off every single dayLike, do you wake up with an alarm or do you just wake up naturally?
Don't you feel tired earlier?I wake up 15 minutes before my alarm clock goes off every single day![]()
Early to rise, early in the sackDon't you feel tired earlier?
I think I would actually die if I only had 6 hours of sleep every day. I am envious.Early to rise, early in the sack
I was larping tbh, i only get 6 hours like half the week. The past few nights ive been sleeping 8-9 to pay off my sleep "debt".I think I would actually die if I only had 6 hours of sleep every day. I am envious.
Dude, you think sleeping 9 is paying off your debt? If I get 8 or 9 hours of sleep I'm even more exhausted than usual all day.I was larping tbh, i only get 6 hours like half the week. The past few nights ive been sleeping 8-9 to pay off my sleep "debt".
I used to go to bed at 9 PM and wake up at 4 AM in high school so i could play games before leaving, but it was very taxing on my body.
How??I usually get like 5 hours of sleep per night but then take an hour long nap in the college library to catch up on my sleep for the day and then I'm all good.
I like to go to bed around 1 and then wake up at 6 something which is enough and there's this really nice secluded corner in the library where I can jive to some music and take a nap around 8 oclock, this keeps me up for my whole day. How??
Don't you feel tired? Can you even do anything productive?I like to go to bed around 1 and then wake up at 6 something which is enough and there's this really nice secluded corner in the library where I can jive to some music and take a nap around 8 oclock, this keeps me up for my whole day.
Yeah we all get tired sometimes but the sleep I get is enough to keep me going all day long, my thing is if I'm working on a task I won't fall asleep, its only doing nothing that will get me tired and I mostly like to do work at night because that's when my ideas come and I'm most active, that tires me out for bed.Don't you feel tired? Can you even do anything productive?
But I don't get how you can do work on things when you're tired. If I'm tired I'm done for the day and it's a very unproductive day for me.Yeah we all get tired sometimes but the sleep I get is enough to keep me going all day long, my thing is if I'm working on a task I won't fall asleep, its only doing nothing that will get me tired and I mostly like to do work at night because that's when my ideas come and I'm most active, that tires me out for bed.
There's nothing more refreshing than waking up after a 16 hour sleep. The time spent sleeping more than makes up for itself in how much I can get done when I'm not tired.![]()
I used to get 12 hours of sleep a day but I get like 8 now because I want to stay up and play my heckin video games or whatever
I think you need to get more rest because if you can not function while tired that's a serious problem and you probably wanna bring it up the next time you see a doctor because constant drowsiness can be a sign of greater health issues. But I don't get how you can do work on things when you're tired. If I'm tired I'm done for the day and it's a very unproductive day for me.
