You shouldn't be dating people outside of actual dating apps. If it's platonic it's different, but I've seen it way too often, and it gives off "roblox gf" vibes. You shouldn't have online romantic relationships. It never works well, and that is regardless of age.

but I'm staring to favor the creation of this rule.
 
this new rule would spare us of quite the headache now and in the future but putting it in the rules would make us look like retards to the rest of the soysphere so make it an unwritten rule
