Online Dating seems to cause a lot of problems here on the Shlog (see soyjakfan01 and XImmigrant). So maybe we’d be better off having a rule prohibiting it as well as requesting someone to do it off-site. Users already in a relationship could be spared. This would discourage pedos looking to groom someone either in messages or leading them somewhere else. It’s also just kinda weird to openly proclaim being in a relationship with someone on the bald men with glasses blogging site. The downsides to this rule are that it would probably be fairly hard to moderate, as well as potentially lead to unnecessary rulecucking and abuse of janny privileges. Just an idea I had while eating supper. Discuss

We'd still need to make it pretty clear that they should take their conversations elsewhere like they did before finding the shlog and they shouldn't fawn over eachother publicly.
