We aren't currently in need of anymore jannies, but if the site grows further or the capabilities of the current staff are otherwise in need of expansion, then we'll need another. My process won't be entirely democratic, as I'll choose a janny out of the top two or top three votes. The actual election won't have a set time. It'll of course be sometime next year, but I'll simply decide when to hold it whenever I feel that a new janny is needed (I also don't know how long I will be on this site next year since I'll probably leave before the end of 2025, so this plan may also never actually come to fruition anyway).
