This thread is dedicated to talking about cheese.

Cheese is really good. I really think it is so great that many of my enemies develop stomach issues upon eating Cheese, as it is really one of the best foods. My favorite cheeses, , I like Mozzarella, it goes so good on everything due to its mild but rich flavor. American Cheese is not as bad as people make it out to be, it has its proper uses. Not a huge fan of swiss cheese but I don't hate it like some people, I think Jarlsburg is not bad but I haven't had it in forever. Cheddar is good but I prefer Colby Jack. Provolone is highly dependant on how it is sliced and where you get it. Some Provo is terrible, other times it goes great in a sandwich. Really depends.

Cheese is also a good food to bring on any expidition, as it is calorie-dense. You would want to bring a more dry cheese for such a thing.

my favorite cheeses are edam, colby jack, mozzarella, gouda, cheddar, provolone, and american cheese
american cheese is just cheddar with emulsifying salts in order to melt better, thats why its texture is kinda "plasticky" but it was made to melt, its the best cheese for burgers and grilled cheese and shouldnt be treated as a stand-alone product
