Keyed Bring back /leftysoy/ on the schlog

/leftysoy/ was a Gemmy board on the sharty that existed for about a month averaging 20-100 pph and 30-60 users. It was comprised of serious political posting, book discussions, debates, jaks, and some /tech/ posting. Sadly one leaky jannie would ban people after they realized it was actually active and /pol: and /soy/ were losing pph. The jannie banned people for “being off topic” (the excuse was mustard thought it would be funny to make the description for it saying “board for left-handed soyjaks”). Eventually the bourgeoisiecuck jannies were overthrown and @Mist or whichever other jannie avatarfagged as lxnin and allowed actual discussions of leftism. Sadly by then most of the comrades were scared of being banned so they didn’t come back. Then the board was deleted after being spammed by /dem/ clittycels.

What happened to /leftysoy/ was unfair. it was clearly better then /pol/ and it wasn’t a echo chamber too. There were anarchists, conservative socialists, soviets, and like 10 more groups. It was one of the only boards in recent soysphere history that had actual quality. But I think since the schlog has a large userbase and decent jannies I could see it coming back here.

That's true. Still, my main argument against what you're arguing for here is that there simply isn't enough "leftist" folk on the Shlog to keep such a board active. If you do want to discuss left-wing politics in general on here, your best bet'd be to make a general thread on /pol/ instead.

And while the /pol/ on here is much better then the /pol/ on sharty it is still not that welcoming and most of the threads are dead there or just shitposting. I have no problem with a /pol/ existing as political shitposting but I would also like a leftist serious posting board
