I hold men and women to the same standards. I think the less sexual partners and the lower the body count, the better for society as a whole.

We all know the effect that having multiple sexual partners has on women. But I think men can also be ran through and unable to stay in a committed relationship because they're constantly thinking about other sexual partners.

I believe the best outcome is to have a 0 body count, meet a virgin while you're young, and just date and marry her. Obviously, Hollywood and wider society's obsession with porn and sex in TV, movies, and social media makes it a massive deal. Your self worth isn't based on how many people you sleep with, it should be the reverse. Although short-term gratifying and validating, casual sex is not an achievement. Look at anyone you know who sleeps around a lot, more often than not it's symptomatic of a lack of a strong father or mother figure or some deeper issue.
