Okay, well, that's pretty weird, but it's not bad enough to ban him over.

Let's get back to the original point: none of you should ever post on the Shroom. They will edit your posts to make you look like a pedophile, along with other similar shit. The Shroom is a hostile offsite community that should be avoided at all costs.

I disagree with this line of thinking. Schlog hate on the shroom is entirely a forced meme from the top, as you dont see normal shroom users trying to hurt us aside from the occasional pfp change. (@Xiuhcoyotl is obsessed kek)
It's their admins and their clique who do these falseflags and attempt to smear the schlog and spam sites. I consider the shroom to be made up of our countrymen under a hostile administration that abuses them, much like the two Koreas see one another.
While I agree it's good to defend ourselves from them, we shouldn't engage in the same hostile attacks they perform on us. I don't believe this because of any "principles", but because it's waste of time and it gives the shroom unnecessary pph. We don't even need to ddos them like the Quotereich, we just need to be the better site and be more friendly with the soysphere to gain new members and outlast the shroom. All anus brings to bear is seethe and a fearmongered clique to keep the shroom interesting, whose cringe and obsession should hopefully scare away both nu- and oldsoicacas in time.

TLDR: It's their jannies, not their users nor the whole site, who are hostile. They're cringe, we'll outlast them.
