I think being unable to guestpost made him actually leave. Maybe not for long doe + I haven't read most of the threads today or yesterday so I might've just missed him.

He was proven in the midst of that ask to be a terrycrews alt, then he further proved that by making dozens of guest posts under the same TOR usage. So, the general consensus among staff was to treat him as a banned user making alt accounts (therefore, a permabanned rulebreaker).
