im genuinely considering it now honestly, i was dead-set on 10mm but it's overkill for a defense situation (against humans) and can overpenetrate. plus .40 S&W is just a shorter 10mm with less recoil.

it's definitely good for that. i live in a semi-suburban town, so it would be a good choice for that. unfortunately, i have to wait 4 more years until i can legally buy a handgun. i can still buy a rifle, but that'd be overkill in a place like this unless i'm fighting a mob or gangbanging.
