i recommend experimenting with the artstyles. i saw tons of people thinking they have to learn realism as the first thing but that's not exactly it. you just have to find out what truly feels like your art, how you'd like to draw even the simple parts. like the face lines, hands, expressions and etc. it takes tons of practice and we all end up somewhere after all. i wish you luck with art, looking at art references and getting inspiration is a cool thing aswell that helps a lot! and looking at internet resources, guides can give you more perspective on art (guides such as how to shade, work with colors, draw certain things etc.)
