Honestly I have given up on trying to change national politics, I have started attending meetings in my city about issues to give my support, the most recent one I did was for a second BRT line in my city, I voiced my opinion that 2 wasn't enough.

I think having a general grasp on political knowledge is good but stressing about every miniscule issue is a waste of time and energy.
