I keep grinding the 30min at Le Mans and occasionally the 1h at Spa, but it just isn't fast enough. Do you know how to cheese the Tokyo Expressway race? I've tried to beat it with an engine swapped Cappuccino, but it doesn't work.

I usually just try until I get frustrated enough to quit and play a different game and come back the next day. For some reason I finish it ezily by then. Sorry I couldn't give better advice, just be persistent and develop track memory.
