I hate bright lights, so I paint my lightbulbs lightly with white paint, and black on the side that faces my PC.
It's water color so it's very see thru, however it still helps a lot reducing the reeee of LEDs..
Anyone else?

I don't think they can, but LEDs can cause eye strain due to the blue light and flicker rate. I HATE LEDs, I hope Donald J Trump reverses the ban again in the USA.

Technically, in the USA incandescent bulbs over 40 Watts are banned. So you can still buy them new, but they're just dim.
