Anyone else having insane difficulty paying attention to college homework lately?

I think I got brainrotted too much, I have homework I can finish in a few hours but I've been sitting on it for weeks not doing it until last min. And forget reading or watching videos about things about SNCA. If I can get away with not reading or watching it I will, because I am incapable of not losing my place or thinking of something else when I do that
