People say Aqua Team Hunger Force is good but I haven't sat down to watch it myself, there's always something more appealing to me out there. Back on topic however, I did find Ghost Stories really funny, 10/10 anime.

It's like Seinfeld in the sense of "it's a show about nothing".
There isn't really a plot and anything can happen in any given episode, there's some continuity and callbacks here and there, but it's overall shit just happening for the sake of it. I actually feel like it would actually appeal more to zoomers humor-wise than the generation that initially consumed it.

idk man I just torrented everything I watched and played except DDLC+ which I just bought to get the extra stories I never played, carpe diem reboot (bought it to support the devs, never finished it) and danganronpa which I played pirated a while back and got past the first trial. And I bought it on sale on steam but just don't have time for it rn.
I only have 2 items of anime merch, that jibanyan figurine and a mokou fumo (and a JoJo poster but I made it at a print shop, so does that really count?) I barely buy merch at all really. I have a PANTERA shirt and a mentiswave shirt and that's it.

This is going to sound a lot more incriminating than it actually is, but I know that r/femboys exists on Reddit so I went to the subreddit and typed "Astolfo" into the search bar, and counted as many posts as possible that had cosplays of the character until I got bored. I didn't pay attention to the username, so I don't know how many of them are the same sets of people or actual different accounts, but there were over 120, scroll down even further and there's at least 200.
Also, the subreddit has half a million users on there, so there are probably cosplays of that character in the thousands.

So this only reiterates the point that Astolfo, and by extension, anime, had a large part in the creation of the femboy fetish.

They also like to sexualize the usage of emoticons for some reason, I guess because emoticons are "cute" or "innocent", and they want to appear as such.
