I know you can add a dropdown menu to the top bar so home should just go to the frontpage of the site and then replace imageboard with a menu that has the booru, party, wiki, etc.

I didn't even realise the home button linked to the booru, I'll change the link to the home page like you'd expect a home button to do.

The whole time I thought it was intentional.

Somebody did it deliberately but it wasn't me and I don't know why they did it.

I also suggest you lower the attachment limit. You set it to 9999 after the recent problem of mine and I've seen many posts with 30+ attachments. Pure spam.
