I think 4chan will live forever as a zombie. If the users can tolerate the current state of the website, I can't imagine what it would take to make them leave.

Depends, people who started using the 'cuck in 2010 were considered newfags at one point. I'd imagine there are still people who used the site prior to 2016 but those are few and far between, I genuinely think at least half of the userbase arrived in or slightly after 2020 because of the pandemic.

I think SomethingAwful will continue to exist until a majority of it's userbase are dead, and that won't be until at least 2048-2058 if you assume that most of the userbase is anywhere between Lowtax's age to anywhere between Moot's age and they all happen to die at 72.

It's been said before on here that forums last long, but i can see the SAforums dying with the userbase since as far as i'm concerned they are not gonna pass down the forum to younger generations.
