I am still on them because i get brainfog whenever i stop.
I think at this rate im gonna end up keep getting zogged by meds (because they keep changing the ones i need to take) until they make me take ketamine

SSRIs are only good at making you feel nothing rather than making you feel good.
It makes the issue worse depending on what kind of thing youre struggling with. I heard it works well with people with manic mood disorders but people with severe anhedonia and detachment (such as me) literally all it does is make it almost impossible to get out of it
