This question is mostly directed towards Canadians and Americans, if you live anywhere else ignore this post.

There have been many times when I'm out on the streets either just biking around or doing deliveries when I really gotta pee, and the lack of public

restrooms made it hard to get relief. But one time, my bladder was about to burst after drinking two cans of Pepsi and bottled water, and no public restroom was to be found. Then I remembered, that this is the fault of WOMEN. WOMEN ARE THE REASON I CAN'T PEE. Because during the 1970s, women got pissy that men didn't have to pay 10¢ to use the urinal (back then public restrooms had coin mechs), so they petitioned to ban them and actually got passed in some states. Since businesses are maintaining restrooms at a loss, they simply just closed them. Thank you, women.

But then I remembered one time: I really had to pee, and there was nowhere to go. And then I encountered a pay toilet inside a Laundromat, I think in North Philly. That saved me from wetting my pants. Why can't we have more of those? So I did some research, and many states have since lifted the pay toilet ban. It's just that they're not common. I wouldn't mind paying 25¢ or even 50¢ to use the restroom, as long as it's maintained. If you pay to use the restroom, it incentivizes businesses to keep theirs open as they no longer have to deal with the financial burden of maintaining them, as well as a bit of profit to be made. So that means more public restrooms, plus the small fee will keep junkies from ODing in the restroom.

>Buh buh buh... they are gonna overcharge us!!!
The only pay toilet mech manufacturer in the USA has their mechs capped at 25¢. Although the one I used at a laundromat had a card reader, but it turns out it didn't even charge me.
>I don't wanna pay a measly quarter to pee!!!
Broke ahh.
>If I have to pay to use the damn bathroom, I'm gonna pee all over the floor.
You probably pee on the toilet seat anyways. You're disgusting.

So what do you think Schloggers, would you rather have more public restrooms at a small fee or free public restrooms at the cost of convenience? This is more for restrooms at small businesses and independent gas stations, big chains like Wal-Mart and McDonald's will still have free restrooms.

Here, I read it out for you then:

I don't like the idea much, I shouldn't be forced to carry cash (or God forbid a credit card) on me every time I go out in public. Not that I actually use public restrooms often, but every once in a while people have emergencies. Imagine fumbling with a card reader while you're seconds away from shitting yourself. Eugh.
