Fair assumption that is likely true on a large scale but as someone with a NAS pfp, I can personally say I never do, and even the idea of trying it is abhorrent. I think coomers and sex pests should be covered in hot tar and feathers. I also think "I want to quit but I can't!" is the worlds shittiest cope. It's not meth, you can just stop doing it.

Takes a lot of time and willpower to free yourself from any addiction whatsoever.
The key is to never abandon, no matter how far you regress, never let your morale go to shreds, and when you notice it, to go back up immediatly.
Like you may 100% do one step forward and then fall back immediatly afterwards, but it's by trying again and again that you'll toughen yourself and eventually become strong enough to do multiple steps at a time.
It takes years for some people
