If you can do 40 reps id recommend increasing the weight. You want to be able to do about 10-15 max for the first couple sets and then decrease the reps. Failure should be from 10-15. Try the highest weight you can bear at first for 3–4 reps also.
But dont just do bicep curls!!
Good point. Black dress, black airforces or heels or boots, black long coat and black headscarf. Also black michael kors handbag or my ted baker one with a bow. All of my wardrobe is copies of my dress in the same colour and headscarves in the same material and colour. Also black veil sometimes.
